I accept the following insurance as an in-network provider: Anthem Blue Cross, and Optum/United Health Care.

I also accept Aetna and Kaiser Permanente of Southern California for telehealth for sessions through the Rula Mental Health website.

If you are using your health insurance plan and/or employee benefit plan for mental health services, please call for assistance to verify what coverage is available to you and/or your family.

For out-of-network services, we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Or as a courtesy, we can bill your insurance on your behalf at no additional charge.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

If you miss, cancel or reschedule an appointment without at least a full 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $100. Please note that insurance does not cover missed sessions or late fees.

For clients who are paying out of pocket, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected cost for medical services, including psychotherapy services. If you receive an invoice that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
